The Arden apartments are the Wesley Homes development at the corner of Huntington Avenue and Biscayne Drive (next to the 7-11).

Riverside owners will renovate three building apartment towers.  They'll build new 4-story parking garages but hide them behind new apartments.  They plan to include new retail at Huntington Avenue and Old Richmond Highway.  Construction should begin in Fall 2019.
